Volume Wizard and Product Builder updates.

We’ve made several updates to improve the workflow for photographers managing volume jobs, as well as enhancements to customizable products available to clients. These updates are now live in Zenfolio.

Volume Wizard–a new guided workflow for volume photography.

We’ve introduced Volume Wizard, a guided setup experience that brings together the essential steps of running a volume job into one streamlined, end-to-end workflow.

What’s new:

• Guided Job Setup: A structured workflow that walks photographers through data import, folder creation, gallery presets, registration, and delivery.
• Integrated QR Workflow: QR code generation, auto-sorting, and bulk folder and gallery creation are now built into the same guided process.
• Progress Tracking: A job timeline shows progress at each stage so photographers always know what is complete and what remains.
• Reusable Job Templates: Photographers can save job configurations and reuse them for future sessions to reduce setup time and ensure consistency.

• Professional Plan: Up to 5 volume jobs

Product Builder–workflow enhancements.

Product Builder allows photographers to create customizable templates clients can personalize directly from their gallery. We’ve made updates to support smoother setup and increased flexibility.

What’s new:

• Enhanced Template Creation: Create Memory Mates, Player Cards, Announcements, Collages, and other templates using a simplified setup flow.
• Client Personalization: Clients can add their own gallery photos and text while photographers maintain full control over layout and branding.
• Print-Ready Outputs: Completed designs move directly into fulfillment without additional editing steps.

• Professional Users: Up to 5 usable templates
