Team visibility, now in your control.
Team Member Management is getting a foundational visibility update. Account owners and admins now have a redesigned team member page that shows what each team member has contributed, plus exportable team overview data and photo-level team member metadata.
Until now, seeing team activity meant manual spreadsheet tracking and one-off data pulls. This release brings that information into the platform, so you can review team output at a glance and export it whenever you need it for internal use.
What’s new in Team Member Management.
- Redesigned team member page. A cleaner view of your team, with each member’s activity in one place.
- Photo and video counts per team member. See what each person has contributed without leaving the page.
- Exportable team overview snapshot. Download a team overview for internal reporting, performance conversations, or business analysis.
- Team member metadata embedded in photos. Contributor information travels with the photo for downstream visibility.
- Search by team member. Account owners and admins can find photos by the team member who uploaded them.
Why it matters: Account owners can see team activity at a glance and export the data for internal use, replacing the spreadsheets and ad-hoc requests studios have relied on to track contributions.
Team Member Management is available on Professional and Advanced plans.
